Shipping policy
All Mainland UK orders will be delivered via either Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, Hermes or DHL, dependant on the rates given, taking up to 3 - 5 business days. Certain cases, late delivery may be out of our control.
Standard Delivery
Our delivery is based on weight of order. Please see below the following:
0-2kg - £3.75
2-6kg - £4.99
6kg + - £6.50
This will be calculated based on product at checkout. Please note this is an untracked service.
Express Delivery
Next day delivery is offered for £12, if ordered before 12pm, or a 2 day tracked delivery after 12pm.
EU Deliveries
All EU orders will be delivered via Royal Mail, Standard Airmail or UPS, taking up to 5-7 working days. Please allow longer for further distances, we suggest up to 21 working days.
Standard delivery is dependant on price.
0-£50 - £15
£51-£150 - £30
£150+ - £45
We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, however, our delivery times are reliant on our couriers and we cannot be held responsible for any third-party delays to deliveries. Please note that during the Christmas period or in extreme weather conditions deliveries might take a little longer.
Please note with Brexit, there may be VAT charges occurring from your destination customs. These are responsibilities that cannot be bared by Milly Sands and will be paid by the customer.
